Hi JP, 200 miles is easily attainable on an aircooled vanagon in good operating condition. I have carabussed with a couple of aircooled vanagons over the years and 200 miles is a workable range. But when your odometer pukes, you'll be using a map or a clock (top off the tank every 3 hours).
