Fry Creek campground in the Cleveland National Forest (USA, California,
San Diego county) is finally open again after being closed for a few
years due to flood damage. It's 1.5 miles closer to Earth than the
Palomar Observatory - that is, if you drive up the road another mile and
a half you'll come to the observatory. Anyhoo, I will be there all next
week starting Monday, and Mrs Squirrel will join me Wed or Thu. We'll be
there until the end of Memorial Day weekend. If you drive by, give us a
wave!
