My 84 Vanagon seems to always blow hot air from the heater vents, I have to
move the top two all the way left, the #3 all the way right, and the #4 all
the way left, to minimize the air flow.

If I move all 4 to the left, I get very warm air (almost hot), coming from
the floor vents.

Never had this problem before?
