Wont work on 12V unless the engine is running. Turn to 110 V and see if
that works.If it does,and wont cool with propane, the problem is not the
refrigeratrion circut.The 12V,110V and Propane are all used to heat the
refrigerant. The propane problem would most likely be in the supply
or,ignitor,or burner.
