That includes some dealers. When I brought in my new Vanagon to a dealership
for a 1000 mile free check up I saw with my own eyes how they screwed my
oil drain plug with an air wrench. They said there was an oil leak and the plug
might be loose. Of course oil continued to leak afterwards.
