Reasonable to suggest that experiment, and better to experiment on spare fuel line than on your car.

My "research" so far on line shows a lot of people reporting positive results, I'd say roughly a 10 to 1 in favor, with an equally small number reporting some swelling of fuel lines, which in my view makes it very dangerous for VWs.

As I said, I am curious about what people have found out, I am not an advocate either way.
