Stop by the hardware store and see what they have for
you that will serve well as a clamp.  My immediate
thought was to grab a couple bungee cords out of the
van and wrap those around the tablecloth and the table
to keep things in place.  Otherwise, there are dozens
of clamps big and small to be found at your local mom
and pop hardware store.
