RE: Pulstar Plugs
A quick Google yields exactly what what I suspected, they claim to have
added a capacitor to the plug.  Anyone want to spec out a cap that would do
anything at the voltage levels and amperage involved?  But they have high
speed movies and so called EPA approved tests
