remove doorpanel.
snip wireties that hold power mirror harness to door.
unplug power mirror wires from rest of hanrness.
label wire color and position on plastic plugs
 use small jewlers sized flathead and remove crimped on wire connectors from
plastic plugs (bend down metal tabs on wire connectors so they will slip out
of plugs

feed wires thru hole
