RE: Norcold noise and Dometic cooling First, the exhast fan (computer muffin fan) installed where the shore water inlet used to be has been reported to work very well. Mark Drillock apparenly has used this setup and is very happy with it. I added it to my rig and was pleased with the amount of heat it was pumping out. I'm leaving it in place even with the Norcold. That heat has to go someplace... As for the noise/vibration on the Norcold I may have something to report when I finally get mine buttoned down (still doing some wiring changes behind it). I'm putting Sorbothane under the Norcold and if I find it is touching any other parts of the cabinet when I get done I'll either trim the cabinets for clearance or insert some kind of damping material between the Norcold and anything it touches. I'll be taking pictures along the way and report on the results. I'm doing this because of comments to me about vibration from both Karl and Mike. Thank you Pioneers for blazing the waly on this.
