I appreciate your support, since I sent an email to sales@busdepot.com
detailing the problems I had with my order, and they neither apologized
nor addressed their failure when they responded. This happened long
before I brought the issue to the list, which occurred only after they
began trashing another vendor. I'll be happy to send a copy of the
email to anyone who asks off-list.
