Thanks for all the help everyone. I could not find a stubby bolt at the store so I just threw an old 02 sensor in there. (Only Vanagon owners would have an old O2 sensor in their toolbox.) The van is quiet as ever now. Lost about 5 HP though, sigh... Bryan
