Thanks everyone for the advice.

Once I get the fuel pump replaced (!) I will try the water at high pressure
and car wash first! And as one suggested - it has been sitting - so probably
will come off as it has the layer of dirt!

It looks like glossy, but I know that it is water based.

I later found out that the tennis center next to me got it worse and some
cars were actually damaged by "keying"
