and don't forget Sushi, there are almost as many Sushi places in
Vancouver as there are Starbucks.  Most are really good and well
priced compared to sushi in California.

.... at least one evening try to watch the sunset at English Bay.

Try the Asian night market in Richmond on a Friday/Saturday
night...but don't eat before you go, lots of interesting food options
and gadgets galore.

Vancouver and try to spend a few weeks there each summer.  (and
traveling around other areas of BC in a Westy) No place like it IMHO.
