87 GL Vanagon

Just got through putting a new seal kit on my gas tank and tried to
crank her up, but my fuel pump (which is new) is not making any noise
or vibration. Thinking the fuel pump relays have gone out or maybe a
ground or wiring has corroded. The van has been sitting awhile...

Just where are those relays and does any list vendors carry them?
Does anyone have any other ideas that might be worth me looking into??
