Greetings all,

I am getting ready to change out engines (got a tranny earlier this year from Daryl - GREAT!!) .  If you have comments on my plan please provide :-)

Engine:  VW dealer has them for $2200

Change/new:
    water pump
       gasket
       o-ring
    water hoses (complete kit
    water pipes (both)
    clutch

am i forgetting anything?

comments on engine stand too????
