I am having a problem where whenever I use my westy's sink with water
from my tank, some water goes through the faucet and drips out the city
water inlet.  It does this with a brand new faucet too.  Did I get
unlucky and end up with a defective new faucet, or is the valve to
prevent this in the city water inlet?
