I burned out my Toshiba power supply on a cheap 400/800 Watt inverter. Toshiba sent me a new one, and it happened again. I have a Xantrex 1000 now but I'm afraid to use it for my laptop , mostly charging batteries, or small power tools. >From: Jim Felder <felder@KNOLOGY.NET> >Reply-To: Jim Felder <felder@KNOLOGY.NET> >To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM >Subject: Re: XM 1000 by Xantrex >Date: Sat, 7 Jul 2007 21:02:42 -0500 > >I have run a powerbook off of every kind of inverter in existence for >years, cheap ones and good ones.
