With the automatic in-compartment systems, I'm a bit worried about the chance that you might not even notice it went off the first time, and keep on driving until the fire reignites (at which point the extinguisher will be empty...) Any thoughts on this? If only you could install some sort of whistle between the sprinkler and the temp valve... -Wes Mike wrote: > Still checking with work, but here's some related websites.......... > > http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/productselection.asp?Product=2008 > > http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/productdetails.asp?RecId=5023 > > http://www.rvsafetysystems.com/Fire%20Detection%20and%20Suppression.htm > > http://www.firebottleracing.com/Accessories.htm > > Not cheap, but useful insurance never is........ > > Mike B. > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Jeff Lincoln" <magikvw@GMAIL.COM> > To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> > Sent: Tuesday, July 17, 2007 4:44 PM > Subject: Re: Westy fire extingusher ... > > >> > >>> I'm sure there are others on this list that would appreciated any >>> info and etails on make/model etc. that you could provide. >>> >>> >> I agree - this would be great information to have. >> -- >> Thanks, >> >> Jeff >> 90' Carat (It's Blue, It's Beautiful.
