I just recently replaced mine on Ole Putt.  Got 'em from VW Dealer 2 blocks
away:

VW# N0139741  Oval Heal Phillips Tapping Screw, 5.5x19mm, 5 req'd
VW# 171 853 695 A  Plastic Expanding Clip (Nut), 5 req'd

They had to order 'em of course.  Can't remember how much, but it was very
reasonable.
