See my rant on VW a few months back. This is exactly what I am saying. The
Lupo was a CHEAP car that got great mileage. This is what VW should have
been offering us in addition to Jetta's, Touregs, etc,. Other car companies
could do the same, sell us their cheap cars that good mileage.
