Has anyone been to this beach - the area where leashed dogs are allowed?  Is
it nice?  We have 2 small dogs; one 10 lbs, and the other 3 lbs.  Because of
their size, we specifically want a leash-required beach.

Although I live in the Los Angeles area, I haven't been to a beach for
several years, and wonder what parking is like.  I also don't know exactly
where it is (other than on PCH.)  Any info would be greatly appreciated.
