<html><div style='background-color:'><DIV class=RTE>So I've been pulling my hair out for a few months trying to figure out why my van was idling high in park and neutral. My immediate first inclination was to replace my ISV - not it. Checked the ISCU - not it. Cleaned the throttle, adjusted it, and checked the switch 3 times - not it. Had an exhaust leak - oh well that must have been it right? Wrong! O2 sensor fine. Finally I noticed that my gas pedal was starting to stick a little bit - progressively got worse. When I brought my van into my mechanic to fix the exhaust leak he suggested that I replace my throttle cable. Since summer is my crazy busy season, I just had him do it for me, and viola! No more high idle. And boy does it feel different - the gas pedal actually has pressure and fluidity. Just wanted to pass this on in case anyone else was in a similar situation.</DIV> <DIV class=RTE> </DIV> <DIV class=RTE>Peace,</DIV> <DIV class=RTE>MJ </DIV> <DIV class=RTE>'87 Westy GL</DIV></div><br clear=all><hr> <a href="http://g.msn.com/8HMBENUS/2755??PS=47575" target="_top">More photos, more messages, more storageget 2GB with Windows Live Hotmail.</a> </html>
