As I said, 81's.  They are marked "l.r.D" and "8 PLY", as well as 100/102........

  Actually check the sidewall markings, don't rely on the 'C' in the size designation.  Are they 51,61, or 81's?  Then check the load range (C or D?) and the Load Index (97, 101?)
