Need to get the 'right kind' of instant coffee. Regular 'white man' instant coffee is junk- chemically and taste wise. I've been using ( sounds like 'using' in the drug sense, doesn't it ! ) Mount Hagen brand, organically grown highland coffee for quite while now, And gave up dairy stuff a while back - so I put Soy Creamer in it - works for me, and a snap to make. Flavor and caffeine affects are just fine.
