the conversion is a lot of work. I'm not sure that I
can attach pics. This would probably eat up a lot of
bandwidth. I should put this in a public folder or do
a web page, but didn't have the time so far.

In short: You need a donor van, otherwise it is way to
expensive. Radiator - easy; coolant hoses - easy, use
reinforced marine grade rubber coolant hoses; I didn't
hook up the heater, I live in California, I never use
it anyway; electrical - massive pain in the butt,
needs new wiring harness, new relays, bigger cable for
radiator fan, very easy to screw up. Now getting the
syncro tranny and engine in there in a custom position
is a different animal. But I like the result :-)
