How did you get the rear drums off?  First time I pulled the drums on my
van they were rusted to the hub so badly that I had to beat them with a
hammer to break them loose.  In the process the drums bent out of round
resulting in a pulsating break pedal.  Replaced them with a good pair of
used drums and all is well.
