Assuming all locks are original, you can remove a front door handle and get the key code from one of the two tines of the fork thereon. To remove the door handle, pull the door's rubber strip away, just a bit, from the area directly aft of the handle itself. A Phillips head screw will be exposed. Remove that screw and the outside handle can then move forward and come out. You may have to clean up the tines just to see the numbers. I had to replace my "Worn" key and used the key code to have Steve Sandlin make a new one for me. He has done other key and lock work for me and does excellent work. www.steveslockshop.com I just tried that link and it timed out. Maybe it's just a temporary problem. Anyway, any qualified locksmith should be able to cut a new key from the "Code" you get from the front handle. Mike karen k wrote: > My iginition key has worn unevely on 1 side.
