Sorry, my original post on MPG, I forgot to include my motor is a gasoline
inline four, not a diesel..but it uses the same motor mounts and some other
parts...
  However, the HP is rated at only 94 by the Bently book on the Cabriolet
motor, not much better than the diesel, I guess.  Mine is probably putting
out around 105-110 with a better exhaust, camshaft and snorkel air
intake..Not painfully slow like the diesel Westy I rode in one
time...Sheesh, that one was downright scary, especially going up a grade..
