Dear listees, I am putting syncro rear springs into my 2wd. My (Syncro) transmission and engine sit about 1" back and 2" higher than stock for a Syncro. So putting the Sycnro springs in makes the axles run at an angle that is about the same as in a Syncro with a 2" lift. I haven't measured but I assume that is getting close to the limit of what the stock CV joints can do. Anyone know for sure? I'm thinking of putting Porsche 924 CV joints in, they have 5 degrees more articulation. Can someone verify that they bolt on and fit the axles? I assume I'm not the first one with this idea. Thanks, Reinhard 83 "Half-Syncro" Westy, Moose ____________________________________________________________________________________ Moody friends. Drama queens. Your life?
