Don't get all excited.
My guess is a carbon fiber westy top would cost 5,000 dollars. 
And I'm sure there are many who know infinitely more than I about this , but
I suspect you are talking a ridiculously large price. Even more than that.

They can be made.  There are shops that can lay carbon fiber and make car
hoods etc., so it is possible.  I'd like to see one done in silver carbon
fiber with some kevlar woven in.  I wonder how much lighter they would be.
They certainly would look cool!
