Just an update:
I ended up going to sears, and was happy with it.  They charged $65, and
weren't to bothered by the fact that I was hanging over them the whole
time.  They even let me drive it up onto the ramps for them.

Also, could just be for lack of looking, but everyone else's prices
seemed $30-$40 higher.

I didn't even try pep boys.
