If I can knock this 1st gremlin out, I'd feel pretty good about my new purchase. The van likes to Idle at a nice smooth 2k, unplugging the idle stabilization valve drops it to a smooth 1.5k RPM. The idle valve does hum quietly when the ignition is on... Currently I haven't spotted any vacuum leaks... Also the fact that its not surging would that be a factor ruling out a vac leak?
