I vote for 2008, not 2009.  If we wait, we will be sitting around in 2009 wondering why we didn't do it sooner.  The Black Hills would be a great place for this event, but I guess I can't vote since I'm only 300 miles away.  There are several campgrounds around Sturgis that could possibly host several hundred vans.  If they can pack in hundreds of thousands of motorcycles, a few vans should be no problem.
