I got the new studs in.  Then the liners honed, new rings and pistons in
them and now they are in the engine!  Woo hoo!  I am now back to where I was
on August 12th, putting the head on and installing the engine-finally.  I've
been driving an old, borrowed Volvo 740.  Not my favorite car.
