I just responded to "this has got to be a new question" as a subject
line.  I appended "hybrid engine conversion"

I relize this is in the new member blurb, which is important to reread
now and then and But  as a reminder: be thoughtful about how your
subject line will appear in a seach request of the archives in the
future, when someone else wants to get the information
