Does anyone have experience with KYB warranty claims? My lifetime
warranty KYB shocks are pretty worn out after 11 years, but the place I
bought them has closed (Bowwow). Their website says any other dealer
should take them...

No sign of leakage that I can see, but they are pretty soft. If I can't get free
replacements, I'll probably get the Bilstein HDs - about $300/set from a few
places on ebay.
