I'll try not to make this sound too bad - it's actually a question for you
other members out there:

Are severely delayed shipments the norm for BD? I ordered a single small
part 1.5 weeks ago and just now got a message saying it was shipped today.

The part was in stock. I'll admit their prices are good, but when I order
the same thing from just about any of the other online stores (maybe a
couple of dollars more tops), it ARRIVES in 4 days, maybe 5.

Is this the norm for it to take BD 9-10 days just to put an in stock item
into a box and slap a label on it?

I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt...maybe my order fell through
the cracks? But if other members are consistently having the same
experience, I'd rather take my business elsewhere.
