In my experience over the years, this shipping time frame is normal from busdepot, if you don't ask for it to be expidited. And, that's just fine by me. I understand that if I want the best price, I need to be able to wait a week extra, hell maybe even longer. No big deal. That covers about 80% of the parts I want. On the other hand, if I need it NOW, I know I either have to pay extra or go with someone else. The only problems with the depot I hear are from folks who want it now And at the lowest price on earth. I've had a couple of my own businesses, so I understand, some people are going to want it all.

I order from them/deal with them all the time and always deal directly with
them, as I did this morning on a part I ordered from them. I got a
satisfactory response from them so my business has been taken care of by my
calling and dealing directly with them.
