I bought a used cat, and muffler sold as good conditon for $40 plus shipping. The cat has broken flanges and is EMPTY. (I mainly need the cat and thought it would be ok to have a spare muffler. Bought from a samba ad... do I have any recourse to get that $ back? The seller does not return email.
