I avoid Fed Ex whenever I can, after almost never getting a shipment
through them without problems of some kind..usually major.  Maybe it's just
around here, but I don't think so after talking to others about Fed X.  They
lose things, they don't find my address, then send the shipment back, they
damage things and generally don't deliver (pun) like they say.
  Whenever I buy something from afar, I check how it will be shipped, and if
they use Fed Ex, I ask them to ship it some other way or I go elsewhere for
the item if they won't "not ship" Fed X..
  I know it is a personal experience thing, but everyone I know has a few
Fed X horror stories, and the other companies don't get near the bad rap..
