The way I know of: Take off the steering knuckle and take it to an automotive machine shop. In fact, the machine shops I visited couldn't even do it (they didn't have the right adapter), so I ended up taking it to the dealer. They did the lowers in both knuckles for $60, which seemed like a pretty solid deal to me. Some people have done this with tools lent from autozone/etc. I tried this route, but the kit I got from them didn't have the kind of adapter needed (a "cutout" adapter).
