Hello volks, I bought a project 87 westy that turned out to be a Canadian model. It came w/ a block heater that I'm assuming was installed at the dealer in Canada as it is stamped Made in Canada. The other markings are: LR20976 Model OP-8 250W 110V. I searched in the archives but didn't find much info at all. My block heater has no cord, so I'd like to find a replacement cord so I could plug it into the wall to see if it works. If anyone has any info on this somewhat mysterious block heater, I'd certainly appreciate it. Thanks! http://wavanagon.googlepages.com/87westfaliacanadianblockheater -- Chris 88 Vanagon GL (daily driver) 87 Westfalia (in progress) http://wavanagon.googlepages.com
