Wow, I'm not familiar with such programs - again I think it is because I
live in Michigan.

Beleive me I understand the need to regulate junk cars sitting around but
this confuses me. The van in the ad obviously isn't in that terrible of
shape if the person is going to drive it to its doom.

Good thing nothing liek that is in place here - my '85 has sat in my
driveway unable to run for a little over a year.
