I don't know which agency developed the data.  But, given that a lot of
research comes in with a + - 2-4%, I'd guess the data may be more
substantial than we like to know and believe.

That's absurd.
Perhaps 40 % of all Vietnam veterans.....that might make some sense, or be
somewhat close to the real numbers for that tragedy. That one I could tend
