I'm attempting to clean the two VW Grounding terminals underneath the fuse panel at the left side of my driver's compartment (near my feet while driving) - how best to loosen these hard-to-get-at phillips screw head bolts (two)? Also...what are the two relay-like items I see just 2 inches away from these grounding terminals..... Also..is it common to have "problems" with these grounds, my gauges are not working 20% of the time, and yet have them look non-rusty from the driver's side before I break them loose? Thanks for insights... Larry Ga.
