at the risk of upsetting gerry van with useless thread
i heard my oil buzzer once and it scared me half to death ...
i was pulling off an on ramp onto the freeway in some place i cant reacll
usa ...
it was dark ... and i was going fast ...
i pulled over ..
my heart beating fast ...
i was scared to shut off and scared to keep going ...
then it stopped ...
the buzzing ... i mean ... it stopped
i pulled over at the next filling station and checked all fluids....
it never buzzed again till last summer
but that day i was driving hard down a twisty road ..
changing gears often and ...
the engine really did need oil ...
yours
