Hopefully people aren't getting fed up with my questions!

So..... I started pulling stuff off my 1.9 WBX.

Found this stuff:

in the coolant reservoir.

Is it a sign of oil in coolant?

If feels like "dirt" if anything. I didn't see any other signs of
coolant in the system

If anyone can "ballpark" what that stuff is, and if it's just normal
sludge that gets deposited over long term use, I'd appreciate it.
