It's human nature for people to come forward with complaints and such more
so than compliments of a job well done. I get that all the time in my work.
So considering a post or two I have seen in the last couple months I thought
it only fitting that I post a positive message about Bus Depot.

I placed an order recently - that shipped very quickly by the way - and when
it arrived one of the items was incorrect - the item I received was very
similar but not what I had ordered - I can see how the mistake was made.

Well, I contacted Bus Depot about the mix up and the reply I received was to
keep the incorrect item as a gift and they would ship out the correct item
ASAP. Yesterday I received the proper item as promised and only 3 or 4
business days from my reporting the problem.

So thank you Bus Depot for the excellent customer service.
