folks, i have seen clark's westy and it was in awesome shape with no seam 
rust or other body damage prior to being hit.. and he told me their payoff 
offer..which was a complete joke.. (ive paid more than their offer for complete 
westys that were in worse shape!) so lets all try to help ... my advice is to 
collect info from gowesty.com, jdbimports.com, poptopheaven.com, ebay, 
thesamba.com, etc...

personally i cant even believe they totalled it.. but insurance companies are 
in the business of taking your money and trying to screw you when it comes to 
a claim, so this is par for the course..
